Ready to chase your future?
Meet Aileen
Hi, I’m Aileen—founder of Chase Athletic Advisors and someone who’s been right where you are.
I played Division I lacrosse at Bryant University, where I was a four-year starter, two-time NEC Champion, and NEC All-Tournament Team selection. Before that, I came up through Rumson-Fair Haven and T3 Lacrosse—so yes, I know the grind. I know the pressure. And I know how hard you're working to get to that next level.

But back when I was getting recruited, I was totally lost. I didn’t know where to start, how to get on a coach’s radar, or even what kind of school would be the right fit for me. I was sending emails, going to camps, trying to figure it all out—and I didn’t have anyone to lean on for advice.

That’s why I started Chase. Because every athlete deserves a guide—someone in their corner who gets it, who’s been through it, and who’s not just focused on the next offer, but on helping you grow into the best version of yourself.

This is about more than just lacrosse. It’s about confidence, clarity, and making choices that set you up to thrive—on the field and beyond it.
